Design Review Board Members

The design review process is intended to be a collaborative effort between Owners, their Consultants and the DRB. The DRB works to ensure that designs meet both the Owner’s desires as well as the design objectives of Empire Pass, as described throughout the Design Guidelines.

Members of the DRB have the obligation to interpret the Empire Pass CC&R’s and the Design Guidelines. The DRB will look for compliance with the standards. goals, and principles outlines in the Design Guidelines.  Questions or concerns can be directed to any of the following members of Staff or the Design Review Board.
